OFFICIAL BIO

Bob has had the pleasure of working in transportation policy, analytics, big data and communications/PR for more than a decade.
​
Bob currently runs Bob Pishue Consulting, LLC., a consulting agency available to provide big data insights and communications efforts to clients. In addition, Bob is currently a Policy Fellow at the Mountain States Policy Center, a free-market think tank based in Boise, Idaho.
​
Prior to this, Bob helped establish and run a research division within Marketing at INRIX, a global traffic data and analytics firm based in Kirkland, WA. There, he produced many studies in key areas of transportation including traffic congestion, parking pain, safety, school zone analysis, retail traffic comparisons, and so on. In doing so, he generated between 8,000-10,000 mentions per year.

Before his latest term at INRIX Bob worked at Kemper Development Company, a Bellevue, WA-based retailer, as Director of Transportation, Government Affairs. There he worked closely with Chambers of Commerce, Downtown Associations, non-profits and city agencies to increase mobility on the Eastside.
​
Even further back, Bob began his policy career as the Director for Transportation at Washington Policy Center, a free-market think tank, with many of his recommendations to improve mobility in Washington state signed into law.
Bob graduated Central Washington University with a degree in Economics in 2004.
